As a speaker, and a skydiver with over 700 jumps, Rebecca's true-life story of a mid-air collision with an airplane (13,500 feet in the air!) will leave you in awe. She was actually hit by the plane after jumping out of it! Although she was left with a broken back, temporary amnesia, several herniated discs in her neck, and a negative prognosis, she overcame these obstacles, and even returned to skydiving. She teaches with clarity and humor that we all have the ability to think about events in our life any way we choose - and this will ultimately determine how we deal with those events and whether we triumph over them. Below...Rebecca was told by doctors that she would never fully recover. They told her that she would have a weak back, would always be in pain, and should never lift anything again, including opening windows. The video below shows her dead lifting 125 lbs - her body weight! Her record (so far!) is 160 lbs. Rebecca works out in Sebastian, FL at Treasure Coast CrossFit.
